Q. What type of payments do you take?

A. We accept all credit cards through Pay pal, and money orders.
When paying by Pay pal, payment must be received within 2 days.
Please note, that when you pay with pay pal, your payment is made immediately when you place your order.  You do not need a Pay pal account to use this service. Pay pal allows you to use another credit card and you will not be charged any fees for using Pay pal to process your card. All orders will ship within 2 days of payment, and if you pay with money order your order will ship when payment is received. TOP

Q. What about Security and Privacy?

A. We guarantee that every transaction is 100% safe & your information is kept confidential. We will not sell, trade, or provide your email address or any personal information to outside parties.TOP

Q. How do you deal with returns?

A. All orders are inspected & checked before shipment to insure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition. If for some reason your item is defective or was damaged in shipment please email us at orders@serendipityscrapbooks.com

In the email please put what has happened, the order date and the order number. We will gladly replace the item for you.

All unused, unopened items in new, sellable condition, are accepted as returns within 30 days at your expense.TOP

Q. Is there sales tax?

A. 8.9% sales tax is charged to all Washington state residents. TOP

Q. How do you handle back orders or out-of-stock items?

A. We do not backorder items. However, if we are out of stock of any items your interested in please email us at info@serendipityscrapbooks.com . We will do our best to reorder those particular items. TOP

Q. What if I need to Add-on or Cancel items on an order?

A. Please take your time while shopping. Add-ons are not possible- a new order must be placed through the cart. If you need to cancel and item from the order, please let us know within 24 hours. We understand that this is sometimes necessary, however, by letting us know early we will be able send only the items you need, and start any process to update charges to your account.TOP

Q. What are your shipping policies?

A. We ship USPS priority & occasionally UPS if needed. All purchases in the US are as follows: Minimum order is $10. All orders $70 and more are FREE, all orders 10-29.99 are only $4.00, 30-49.99 are $7 , 50-69.99 are only $8.

International shipping charges will apply to all purchases. You will be sent a Pay Pal request for Exact shipping. Your order will go out when confirmation of shipping payment is sent via Pay pal. International packages will go via air parcel post if 4lbs and under, or the least expensive shipping method possible. You may request in the comments section of your order to add insurance to your order, $1 per every $50.TOP

Q. How do I change billing, shipping or email information?

A. Go to the secure Log in for the shopping cart and log in. Then click “modify profile” and change your information.TOP

Q. How do I upload my photos to the Gallery?

A. Click on Gallery and it will take you to the main Gallery page. Click on the register button. Fill in the appropriate information. Then you can log in and go directly to upload photos button. Click the button and then you will see Browse to select your photos from your computer. Then add your title and the description you would like to put with it. Then click upload.TOP
